Migrating existing trades
Keep the functionalities intact
Automate the existing process
Improve and optimize the existing process
Improve and optimize the migration process
Provide the scalable and flexible solutions
The Murex MxML Consultant will assist in delivering this programme by :
Experience in configuring and understanding of MxML and OSP workflows and analyze the migration impact, configure and test the following:
Expected to have good understanding of main functional & technical components of the MX.3 workflows module and its capabilities:
Very good experience and knowledge about trade attributes and their workflows for different products and their trade life cycles.
Pre-trade sequences and post-trade workflows based on new trades and market operations
Different trade events and their processes
Interaction between workflows
Event management
Trade Repository
Design and Implementation of workflows in MX.3
Optimization and fine tuning of OSP
KEY MEASURABLES
Delivery of individual tasks and overall projects on time and of a high quality
Ensuring successful go lives with minimal post go live issues
Stakeholder feedback (business, technology, developer and vendors)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must Have:
Hands on experience in migration activities of a front to back program in Banking or large corporate treasury
Experience in Murex 3.1 as MxML Consultant with more than 2 to 5 years of experience is required
Good understanding and working experience of designing and implementing building blocks:
Statuses
Automatic and Manual Tasks
Connections between workflows
Amendment agent for event management
Post-Trade Workflow Processing
Workflows Manager Overview & technical knowledge and abilities on:
Extensible palette and tools
MxML Exchange formulas
Status Management
Trigger of workflows
Ability to do technical Design
Build & Unit test of workflows (MX.3)
Ability to work proactively, independently when necessary and displays strong initiative.
Multicultural awareness.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with an excellent standard of English (written and spoken).
Excellent team player
Agile, Jira and Confluence working experience
Preferred:
Experience on Trade workflows, trade attributes and Non-Financial static data
Experience on GOM definition, Datamart development
Query: Oracle/SQL/PL SQL/Hibernate SQL
Exposure to Messaging: XML/FPML
Exposure to Java/Linux/Unix/Basic Shell Scripting
Displays personal authority, value, integrity and ethics.
