Job Description:

As a Guest Relations Manager based at The Company’s Corporate Office, you'll be the cornerstone of the Overall Guest Experience, facilitating a seamless journey from the first point of contact throughout their stay. Your role is pivotal in

fostering strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Point of Contact during Sales Cycle:

Act as the primary point of contact for guests from the initial inquiry stage through booking confirmation, ensuring prompt responses and personalized service.Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide necessary support and information during the sales process.

Outreach and Sales:

Engage in proactive outreach to potential guests through various channels to promote our offerings and generate bookings.Assist in sales efforts by providing detailed information about our properties, amenities, and services.

Upselling Opportunities:

Identify opportunities for upselling additional services such as food packages, transportation arrangements

(cab services), adventure treks, and other activities.Effectively communicate the value of these offerings to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

Onsite Handholding:

Ensure guests feel welcomed and supported upon arrival at our properties.Coordinate and oversee onsite activities such as

treasure hunts, quizzes, art workshops, and zumba sessions

to enrich their stay.Provide personalized assistance and guidance to guests throughout their stay to address any queries or concerns promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience of

3+

years in

Hospitality/Lifestyle Services

- Customer Service, Relationship Management or related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sales acumen

with a knack for upselling.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Creative mindset with the ability to organize engaging onsite activities.Proficiency in relevant software and tools for guest management and communication.
