Wholesale Banking in Axis Bank works along with large, mid-corporate and multi-national clients as well as commercial banking group (including small and medium enterprises as well as micro, small and medium enterprises) and provides customized solutions across loan and fee-based products and services.

Within the wholesale bank, the Wholesale Banking Products Group focuses on transaction banking or flow businesses, i.e. current accounts, collection & payments solutions, trade services, forex remittances, capital market solutions as well as supply chain financing.

Cash management product is part of wholesale banking product offering full range of digital products and services across receivables, payables, and government business. CMS product team drives innovation and provides banking solutions across all segments; conglomerates, large corporates, multinationals, government banking, mid-corporate, commercial banking, branch banking

About the Role

Cash Management Product Manager in WBP is responsible for development, implementation, enhancement and commercialization of Bank�s cash management products and delivery channels, he/she is required manage the entire product life cycle; do market study, development, marketing, training, sales programs, performance tracking to deliver Bank�s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

�Responsible for driving product strategy, product definition, launch and commercialization aligning it with the Bank's strategic and regional imperatives, and communicating the same to sales channel

�New Product Development as per client needs or market opportunities.

�Develop standard target market and pricing policy for products

�Work closely with Relationship Mangers, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Quality and Technology in executing business process re-engineering and product delivery.

�Responsible for the P&L for Cash Management product across segments.

�Training and development of sales team / channel

�Ensuring product and process modifications to comply with the regulatory guidelines

�Reviewing the existing process and ensure enhancements for better service delivery and reduction of inherent risks in the process

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

�Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience out of which minimum 2 years in CMS.

Understanding of digital payments & collections is preferred. Should be result oriented and willing to deliver business and client requirements

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

� Knowledge

�Candidate must have hands on experience in API based products, necessary to drive requirements in the payments and collection product ecosystems.

�Candidate is expected to understand technical requirements and communicate with the respective IT teams. He/she is expected to understand technical design at a high level.

�Candidate must have experience in transaction banking

�Candidate is expected to find optimal ways to streamline the pipeline as per business requirements.

�Candidate should understand Product Life cycle

� Skills

�Good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills

�Strong analytical skills and ability to visualize client requirements and translate them into business opportunities

� Abilities

�Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
