
Lead Generation Specialist

We’re seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with 2+ years of experience sourcing and qualifying B2B prospects for IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions. You’ll identify, engage, and nurture decision-makers in target accounts, driving a steady flow of qualified opportunities for our sales team.
The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a track record of measurable outcomes and effective collaboration across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Research and identify potential leads across targeted industries and geographies.
2. Develop, manage, and optimize the lead generation pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects.
3. Utilize advanced lead generation tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms for efficiency.
4. Initiate conversations through cold calling, personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital engagement methods.
5. Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives, and align them with company solutions.
6. Nurture leads through the sales funnel and collaborate closely with the sales team to hand over sales-ready opportunities.
7. Track, analyze, and report on key lead generation metrics to continuously refine outreach strategies.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to strengthen targeting approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and lead generation platforms (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong research abilities with the capability to prioritize and engage potential clients independently.
- Experience with email marketing and outreach automation tools (highly desirable).
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with global teams.
