Position Requierements Radio frequency Engineer Antennae Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer to join our team in India. The role is primarily responsible for the design and development of local RF systems , collaborating across departments to address RF-related challenges, and driving the application of advanced technologies. The RF Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring smooth product development, enhancing system performance, and improving the company’s technological competitiveness. Key Responsibilities RF System Design and Development Develop accurate RF system design solutions based on product functional requirements. Participate in overall system architecture reviews. Manage product selection, design verification, and technical coordination with suppliers. Ensure module performance is aligned with overall product requirements. Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Problem Solving Work closely with structural, hardware, and software engineering teams. Address and resolve RF-related issues during product development. Collaborate on signal link debugging and communication protocol adaptation to ensure timely product development. RF Challenge Response & Solution Provision Analyze and resolve RF challenges such as metal environment interference, multi-device coexistence, and EMC compatibility. Propose effective anti-interference and reliability design solutions. Define and implement RF testing specifications to enhance laboratory testing and validation. Technology Tracking & Application Promotion Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements. Actively promote and integrate innovative RF technologies into the company’s product portfolio. Qualifications & Requirements Education & Background Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Communication Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields. Strong technical foundation with sound knowledge of RF principles. Experience Minimum 2 years of RF development experience . Hands-on experience with mass production projects preferred. Proven ability to handle complex RF-related challenges effectively. Technical Skills Proficiency in RF simulation tools and methodologies. Comprehensive RF development experience, including design and testing. Familiarity with mainstream RF chips, components, and suppliers. Strong knowledge of certification processes and regulatory compliance.
