About the role

As a Senior Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of our campaigns. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to produce innovative and impactful designs that captivate audiences and deliver results.


Key responsibilities

  • Spearhead the conceptualization and execution of visual concepts for a wide range of projects, from print to digital and experiential campaigns.
  • Harness the power of generative AI and digital tools to explore new creative possibilities and elevate design output.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Mentor junior creatives, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in both traditional and digital design, sharing insights with the team to inspire groundbreaking work.


Job description: We’re looking for a self-driven, energetic, and experienced Senior Art Director from Kolkata to join our dynamic creative team. You’re a visual thinker with a knack for turning ideas into stunning creative solutions. From digital campaigns to print and outdoor media, your expertise spans a variety of platforms. Our ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (necessarily Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and optionally After Effects and Premiere Pro), and experience with other software is an added bonus.


You should be able to

  • Create visually compelling artworks for digital, print, outdoor, and video platforms.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members to produce creative work that meets the highest standards.
  • Take initiative in crafting innovative solutions across digital, print, and outdoor media.
  • Build campaign ideas that can scale across multiple media formats.
  • Develop graphic templates for efficient use by internal teams and clients.
  • Push creative boundaries while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Leverage generative AI and emerging technologies to enhance creative output.


You must have

  • A minimum of 8 years of agency experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing both traditional and digital artwork.
  • Strong creative thinking abilities and the ability to generate impactful ideas quickly.
  • A passion for staying updated on new techniques and technologies to continually advance your craft.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


Important note

  • Art college graduates with fewer years of experience but strong software skills and a deep understanding of communication design are also encouraged to apply.
