We have started e-commerce websites in India, USA, Singapore, Malaysia and soon to be launched in GCC.

We are a 700+ employee strong company with a Head Office in India.

We have production plants in TADA (Andhra Pradesh) and Haridwar (Uttrakhand).

The KAM position is accountable for:

  • Managing National accounts (Reliance Group, Tata Group accounts and/or regional accounts like wellness forever)
  • Planning and delivering sales numbers for the Key Accounts in coordination with the dedicated set of MT team members at regional/pan-India level

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Account Management:

Plan business strategy for assigned Key Accounts to drive growth and increased category share.

Negotiate yearly targets with assigned Key Accounts through TOT discussion and closure.

Drive operational efficiency: Ensure planograms and assortment execution as per plans.

Lead resource for planning and negotiating in-store activations, merchandising, sell-out plans with accounts.

Facilitate commercial reconciliation of assigned accounts.

Coordinate with internal & External teams to drive efficiency within teams.

Key Account Relationship and Target Review:

Develop meaningful relationships with Key Accounts through engaging interactions.

Prepare Joint Business Plan (JBP) with Key Accounts to set account-wise objectives for the current financial year.

Review performance with Accounts on Quarterly basis to analyze current performance against plan and incorporate changes if required.

Sales Promotion Planning:

Plan internal marketing calendars of Promotions, Activations and New Product introduction and align with chains ensuring implementation through Field Execution Team.

Prepare business forecast based on discussions with Key Accounts.

Prioritize and optimize spends to maximize ROI.

Provide trade information, competitor's activities, and market intelligence to the company.

Monitor industry trends to anticipate and recommend new products.

Skills Required:

Educational Qualifications - MBA in Sales and Marketing.

Work Experience - At least 5–10 years of experience in modern trade.

Well-versed in Area work and Local Language.

Selling and Negotiation Skills

Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization.

Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Well-developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor
