Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and event partners for the smooth execution of educational programs.
- Manage event logistics including bookings, arrangements, and vendor negotiations.
- Handle day-to-day office operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers.
- Support internal teams by coordinating workflow and resolving operational issues.
- Track expenses, prepare basic reports, and support budgeting for events.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.
