Social Listening Specialist
Location: Bengaluru
Mode: Work from Office
Experience: 5-8 Yrs
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor social media platforms and online conversations to track brand
mentions, sentiment, and trends effectively.
2. Utilize the Brandwatch tool to gather and analyze social media data, extracting
key insights and identifying growth opportunities.
3. Collaborate closely with marketing and PR teams to develop strategies based on
social listening insights, contributing to overall brand success.
4. Generate regular reports and intuitive dashboards to communicate findings,
trends, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
5. Stay abreast of industry trends, social media best practices, and new features of
the Brandwatch tool, ensuring continuous optimization of social listening
strategies.
6. Train and mentor team members on social listening techniques and proficient
usage of the Brandwatch tool for enhanced performance.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a Social Listening Specialist or similar role, demonstrating
proficiency in social media analytics.
3. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and hands-on experience
with social listening tools, particularly Brandwatch.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable
insights that drive strategic decisions.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex
findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
6. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and
contributing to team success.
7. Certification in social media analytics or Brandwatch tool usage is a mandate
along with exposure to Hootsuite, Social Baker( Emplify), Meltwater,talkwalker
etc , showcasing a commitment to professional development and expertise in the
field.
