Job Description: 1. Manage resource allocation across different projects, ensuring proper data maintenance, alignment, skill mapping, and forecasting. 2. Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and quality standards. 3. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the PMO. 4. Assist in preparing presentations, meeting minutes, and tracking action items. 5. Manage and verify project data, documentation, and reports. 6. Gather information on project progress and produce reports for management. 7. Support IT Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities. 8. Track project progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables using PM tools (e.g., JIRA or Excel). 9. Coordinate effective communication between cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations. 10. Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and MS Excel/Power Point skills. 11. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Key Skills: 1. Good to have analytical skills including MS-Excel, MS-Word, and PPTs. 2. Good written and verbal communication skills. 3. Adapt at project and change management. 4. Must have good interpersonal skills.
