Position Summary:

The DGM – Engineering will be responsible for overseeing all engineering, construction, and site management activities for
High Rise Real Estate Project

. The role involves managing project execution, ensuring quality standards, cost control, and timely delivery in compliance with company guidelines and statutory norms. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination skills to ensure seamless project delivery. Should have worked on Large Size Residential / Commercial Building Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning & Execution


• Develop and implement the overall project execution plan for The Planet.


• Prepare and review project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.


• Monitor progress against milestones, budgets, and quality parameters.

  1. Site Management & Supervision


• Lead and manage all engineering and construction activities at the site.


• Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety norms, and quality standards.


• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

  1. Budgeting & Cost Control


• Prepare project budgets and monitor cost variances.


• Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.


• Approve contractor bills, variation claims, and ensure compliance with BOQ.

  1. Quality & Safety Compliance


• Enforce strict quality control measures throughout the construction process.


• Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.


• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and environmental norms.

  1. Vendor & Stakeholder Management


• Identify, evaluate, and finalize contractors, vendors, and suppliers.


• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, local authorities, and stakeholders.


• Resolve site-related issues and disputes effectively.

  1. Reporting & Coordination


• Provide regular progress MIS reports.


• Highlight risks, challenges, and mitigation plans.


• Conduct review meetings with project teams and senior management.
