Job Description:
Are you a bold go-getter with a knack for building strategic partnerships? Do you have a proven track record in B2B business development and a passion for designing innovative advertising solutions? If so, we invite you to join our team at the ffreedom app as our Advertising Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnerships:2. Identify and collaborate with large brands in India to leverage the ffreedom app's network to design tailored advertising solutions.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing heads and CMOs of top brands.4. Sales & Business Development:5. Aggressively pursue new business opportunities and close large media deals.6. Develop and execute strategies to onboard brands currently visible on competitors' platforms.7. Advertising Solutions:8. Understand the marketing strategies of brands and design customized advertising solutions leveraging ffreedom's YouTube network (over 225 million monthly views) and app (over 13 million registered users).9. Work closely with brands to ensure their marketing objectives are met through innovative campaigns on the ffreedom platform.10. Market Analysis:11. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.12. Use insights to inform partnership strategies and drive business growth.13. Client Engagement:14. Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch advertising solutions to potential clients.15. Ensure excellent client service and maintain long-term partnerships.16. Travel & Outreach:17. Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and forge new partnerships.18. Actively engage in networking events and industry forums to expand business connections.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing from a prestigious B-School.- Minimum of 3 years of B2B business development experience, preferably in media agencies or large media brands.- Proven track record of closing large media deals and a robust network of contacts among marketing heads/CMOs.- Exceptional sales skills with a strategic mindset and ability to understand and fulfill client needs.- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- High energy, self-motivated, and a go-getter attitude.
