Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong field presence and client handling skills to drive business growth through marketing strategies and direct client outreach.

Priority:

Candidates with experience in Security Services industry – either in operations, marketing, or client management are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored for the security services industry.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect, and engage with decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, HR Heads, Admin Heads, etc.) across industries.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline by researching and targeting potential clients in manufacturing, IT, healthcare, retail, and other key sectors.
  • Drive outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other digital platforms to generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create pitch decks, proposals, and presentations.
  • Track, measure, and report on lead generation campaigns, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Marketing, BBA, or related field (MBA preferred)

2 to 5 years of field marketing experience

Strong communication skills (Tamil, English)

Able to meet targets and submit reports

Immediate joiners preferred

Key Skills:

Basic tech use (WhatsApp, Excel)
