Company Description

The Brownie Circles (TBC) is a premium bakery that started online selling Indulgent Brownies in 2021 and has now grown into a full-fledged bakery-dessert store in Bengaluru. With 6 outlets, 1 cloud kitchen, and 2 upcoming outlets, TBC specializes in desserts, cake-tubs, custom cakes, confectioneries, and French pastry. It also serves as a baking school for aspiring students with no/limited access to French-style baking in smaller towns and cities.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Bengaluru at The Brownie Circles. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, and overall digital marketing strategies to promote TBC's products and services.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation skills
  • Experience in Marketing and Web Analytics
  • Digital Marketing expertise
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
