Maison Vistaar is looking for a multi-talented Studio Coordinator who gets the world of design, loves systems, and can wear many hats.Key Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for all leads via WhatsApp, Instagram & email- Schedule consultations, maintain calendars, and send reminders- Assist in client onboarding, share introductory decks, and explain service flow- Coordinate with designers, site engineers & vendors to ensure deliverables move on time- Document meetings, update trackers, and follow up with internal team members- Post job openings, screen resumes, set up interviews with candidates- Maintain project timelines, photoshoot schedules, and internal folders- Liaise with the founder (Khushboo) to prioritize weekly tasks✅ What We're Looking For- Experience in an interior design or architecture studio is essential- Has worked as a design assistant, EA, coordinator, or studio manager- Strong knowledge of design workflows (layout, 3Ds, site recce, handovers, etc.)- Well-versed with tools like Google Drive, WhatsApp Web, Zoom, Canva, Google Sheets- Strong spoken & written English — must be client-facing and articulate- Is a multitasker, great at follow-ups, scheduling, and team nudges- Bonus if you’ve helped manage hiring, social media, or content calendarsThis Role Is Not For You If:- You’ve never worked in a design or creative studio- You are only looking for backend/admin work- You're uncomfortable with dynamic roles that require flexibilityTo Apply:Email your CV to : Mr. Vishal –
