About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Ecommerce Platform Manager to lead the operations, optimization, and innovation of our ecommerce ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for digital platforms, and the ability to translate business goals into scalable technology solutionseven if they come from outside the ecommerce domain.

Core Responsibilities

  • Platform Ownership: End-to-end management of the e-commerce platform (cataloging, content, pricing, features).
  • Growth Strategy: Understand revenue drivers, customer behavior, and contribute to topline growth.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitors, market trends, and adapt platform strategy.
  • Feature Development: Collaborate with tech/product teams to drive enhancements and new capabilities.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Work with marketing, sales, supply chain, and analytics teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in platform management, digital operations, or product ownershippreferably in ecommerce or a tech-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) and experience building actionable dashboards.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify), digital payments, and marketing technologies.
  • Experience with AI tools and conversational interfaces (e.g., ChatGPT) is highly desirable.
