• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p
• Patient Demographics: Adults
• Patient Volume: 16-20; 18 (Scheduled)
• % of Practice: 50% Hematology, 50% Oncology
• Physician in Practice: 5
• Support Staff: 6 APPs, RN, MAs, Social Workers, Dietitian, 4 Office Staff
      - Chemo scheduler, Navigation
• Specialty Backup: Hematologist, Oncologist, Radiation Oncologist
• Procedures:
      - Mgt of VAD/CV Catheters
      - Participation in  Tumor Board
• Office Equipment: Exam Tables, Computers
• No. of Exam Rooms: 16
• Lab Onsite
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info: Nurse Oncologist will administer Chemotherapy
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
