What you need to have:
Graduation in any stream. Should be a member of the Actuarial profession (enrolled to complete actuarial studies at least)’Should have successfully cleared 2 to 4 at least 1 actuarial paper and/or relevant degree in Actuarial SciencesShould have a basic understanding of pension benefits and should be able to differentiate between DB and DC schemes (knowledge of UK employee benefits would be an added advantage)Should have undertaken the responsibility of coaching / mentoring team members.2-3 years of relevant experience in the areas on valuation of pension schemes.Demonstrated track record of providing high quality work, good technical know-how and ability to work on bespoke projects with a teamKnowledge of EB pensions domainStrong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to translate data into meaningful insightsKnowledge and understanding of benefit calculationsAbility to question the objective of an exercise and prod away diligentlyaway diligently/incrementally whenever ideas occurGood communication and interpersonal skills.Adaptive to organisational culture and business environment and Good Team PlayerGraduation in any stream.
