We are looking for a

‘Team Lead-QA’

to join our Technology team at Clarivate. He/She would be responsible for the QA team deliverables. This would be an amazing opportunity to work in Intellectual Property domain.We are working on different tools and technologies like Java, Selenium, Python, C#, HTML5, Web API, SQL and JavaScript etc. Preferable experience in Javascript based tools; Cypress, Playwright, Puppeteer, Jest, JasmineAbout You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or master’s degree (BE, ME, B Tech, MTech, MCA, MS)At least 9 to 14 years of experience in Automation, be it Functional, Performance or Security Testing.Strong experience in any of the three: Java/C#, Selenium, Cucumber, Junit, Nunit, .Net, Protractor, TestNG, Gherkins, SoapUI, PythonClear understanding of Agile & Kanban development approachesHave worked and significantly contributed to automation using build pipeline & test phasesDemonstrable work done in product development & quality with teams spread across different locations worldwideGood working experience with GIT and understanding on any one of these: Jenkins, TeamCity and Azure DevOpsIt would be great if you also had:Working knowledge of SQLExperience in Azure cloud platform or AWS using Web Apps, Cloud Services.Understanding of Accessibility testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing.What will you be doing in this role?You will work closely with agile team for leading the delivery of high quality, innovative, and intuitive solutions to challenging and complex business problems. To be successful in this role, you will need strong logical, analytical and leadership skills to be applied to overcome challenges that arise when working across multiple technologies and cross geographies and culture. You will harness your creativity to lead the Team deliver quality solutions that consider our users and aim to significantly improve the productivity of their work day.Will be responsible for,Leading a team of 3-4 engineers & assisting in task deliveries, career progression & delivering as per Team manifestoOversee and support creation and designing of test automation frameworks and Proof of concepts for latest tools and techniquesLead delivery of high quality software for product enhancements that prioritize user experience as a key consideration.Mentor senior and junior members of the team & provide them technical directionTrack and manage delivery of a product end to end with strong focus on best test practices and reportingDemonstrate motivation, ownership, compassion and leadership capabilities within the Team.About the TeamThe existing team is spread across India and includes Testers with strong technical and analytical skills. We have a great skill set in Java, Selenium, Python, C#, HTML5, Web API, SQL and JavaScript, to name a few of the Tools and technologies.You would be part of large QA Group responsible for delivering world class products and innovative solutions in the field of IP & Analytics.

Hours of WorkThis is a permanent position with Clarivate. You will be working in IST time zone. 9 hours of work per day including 1-hour lunch break.
