Proficient in leveraging Open Text SMAX capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery. Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of successful project implementations, stakeholder engagement, and user training.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Open Text SMAX and Connect-IT, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure the platform for optimal performance.- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.- Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.- Provide training and support to end-users, fostering a smooth transition to the new system.- Monitor system performance and user feedback, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.- Stay updated on industry trends and Open Text product enhancements to provide innovative solutions.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.- Proven experience in implementing Open Text SMAX, Asset and similar ITSM tools (BMC is a plus).- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service and asset management best practices.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Certifications:- Open Text Certified Professional (if applicable)- ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Open Text SMAX configuration, customization, and migration.- Experience with REST APIs and integration with other systems.- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools within Open Text SMAX.- Understanding of database management and scripting languages.Personal Attributes:- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Adaptable and proactive, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.- Team player with a collaborative mindset, committed to achieving shared goals
