Who We Are
C.V. Raman Global University (CGU), Odisha started in 1997 as a degree-level engineering college, named as C.V. Raman College of Engineering (CVRCE). With 25 Centres of Excellence set up in collaboration with industry leaders across the board, the university today has over 20 start-ups working under its AIC & TBI incubation centre.

- Ms. Manisha Padhi, alumni of CGU have been appointed as the ADC to The Honble Governor of Mizoram in 2023 and became the first ever female to hold the position.
- Ms. Swagatika Mohanty, Civil Engineering , has bagged the 15th rank in Odisha Civil Services Exam in 2023 and is now a functional, respectable, responsible OAS.
- Safia Aktar, Anshu Kumari, and Radhika Rani Panda won the 1st prize at "10-Hour Women Hackathon" organised by Trithon Triplets 2k23.
- Abhishek Kumar, B.Tech (ECE) awarded the Visweswaraya Prativa Puraskar at Odisha Technological Conclave, 2023.
- Mr. Praveen Giri won the Silver Medal in the area of Water Technology at World Skills, Stuttgart, Germany, 2022.
- Mr. Subrat Patel won Medallion of Excellence in the area of Restaurant Services at World Skills, Stuttgart, Germany, 2022.
- 9 students represented India in World skills 2022 in 7 various Skills.

Where You Come In
Program Manager is required to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of our Skill Development Program. The position required to oversee end-to-end operations, manage internal teams and external partners, ensure timely implementation of training modules, and achieve outcome-based targets such as certifications, placements, and impact reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Program Implementation & Operations
- Supervise implementation of skill development projects as per defined timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with training partners, client organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor daily activities of training centres (in-campus/onsite) and ensure adherence to guidelines.
2) Team & Stakeholder Management
- Supervise/Coordinate mobilization officers, trainers, and support staff across centres.
- Liaise with government officials, industry partners, and CSR contributors to align program goals.
- Conduct/Organize regular review meetings and suggest/resolve operational challenges.
3) Monitoring & Evaluation
- Track KPIs such as student enrolment, training completion, assessments, certifications, and placements.
- Implement MIS systems and ensure accurate, real-time reporting.
- Identify gaps and strategize improvements for better program outcomes.
4) Financial & Accounting insight
- Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with financial protocols.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and resource allocation for centres.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Participate in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Keeping the track of skill training schedule, maintain and develop existing accounts for future opportunity.
- Serving as the point of contact for the client, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that the client needs communicated to internal team and ensuring effective closure.
- Work closely with other internal teams, such as training head, Finance and Accounts,
- Administration department, to ensure a cohesive client experience.
5) Communication & Outreach
- Drive awareness campaigns in communities, schools/colleges, and through digital media.
- Prepare periodic reports, success stories, and presentations for funders and senior management.
