- Work in tandem with Account Managers (Sales Team) and Delivery Managers (Delivery Team) in providing the consultancy to the Customers towards Training and Certification for – AWS, Microsoft and Google Cloud Portfolio
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers through direct communication channels.
- Position Trainocate’s Training and Certification Portfolio to existing clients – Classroom Trainings / Self-Paced / E Learnings / Experiential Learnings
- Understand the customer’s skill gaps and advise on the learning path and the value derived from our training solutions to address their skill gaps.
- In the process, become an education consultant and a trusted advisor to help our customers with their upskilling and certification needs
- Build the Customer loyalty and help enhance the C Sats.
- Plan and implement a training plan for the Customer to cover both current and future needs
- Maintaining positive relationships with Customers, trainers and vendors
- Coordinate with internal operations team, IT team and customer to setup the training delivery.
- Measure the effectiveness of the training program and plan improvement methods as required
- Track and monitor training and trainers feedback from learners as per norms (CSATs / NPS). Strive to improve the overall feedback with the objective to deliver best in class training deliveries in coordination with delivery team.
- Join customer’s expectations calls with trainers and provide them with resolutions / training scheduling options. Coordinate between trainer and sales team to set the expectations and schedule the training program
- Respond to escalations and requests from customers and provide pre-sales / after-sales support
- Maintain strong inter-personal communication skills.Senior Education ConsultantQualifications and Skills -
- 5+ years of business-to-business (B2B) operations and delivery experience in high-tech products/services industry
- Should be able to articulate the value of a Training and Certification to Customers
- Should be able to articulate the training and upskilling need to Trainers and Vendors
- Passionate about maintain high quality training deliveries
- A passion for Training & Certification and Technology.
- Should have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of managing education consulting and training delivery management.
- Experience in vendor and customer service and relationship building are highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Excellent skills in using tools such as MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRMs Top Traits and qualities
