RolesandResponsibilities:
1.Manage the user lifecycle management pre & postsales ofusers/learners2.Maintain acceptable performance metrics such as qualityproductivity feedback andattendanceandprepare status/weekly and bimonthly reports ofusers3. Monitor andreport on feedback activity and reviews ofusers4. Respond tocomments and user queries in a timelymanner5. Attend tothe questions suggestions and remarks from users via voice chat oremail support6.Manage the conduction of communityactivities
SkillsRequired:
1.Should have good interpersonal and communicationskills2. Those withprior experience in operations arepreferred3. PossessMS Excel skills4.Ability to interpret customer engagementmetrics5.Experience in launching community initiatives or background in asupportrelated field
