Travel Requirement: Yes, extensively

Accountable and Responsible for :

1.Projects sales of skid-mounted bioprocessing equipment's, automated systems & manufacturing plants directly to biopharma, sterile processing & complex injectables manufactures.

2.Should be Persuasive enough to consistently log a high % of Call-Conversion to Negotiate Profitable Export figures, to promptly Close 'Win-Win' Deals.

3.Should be pro-actively Accountable to consistently meet Pre-Planned Annual Growth AND Annual Profit Margins.

4.Should have a high Customer focus for Fostering a robust Brand Loyalty, Increasing the Customer-base, Sustaining a mutually rewarding Customer Relationship and Relentlessly maintaining the Organization's Technical and Economic competitiveness.

5.Should have a robust Dependability to be able to excel in a fast-paced changing Business environment, to be able to objectively Self-assess his Customer Profitability (respective Customer generated Profit Margins-to-Cost of Customer Relationship) AND to consistently increase on the Organization's existing Customer Base.

6.Should be an Effective Team Player who would have the ability to ferret out the causes/reasons for Win-Loss of Projects and would thereafter be able to engage in fruitful analyses with his Technical Sales Support Team to either build-on-the-gains OR course correct.

7.Should be Cost Conscious and be constantly on the lookout for Cost Optimization's to both the Customer and the Organization AND to never shy away from Following up on overdue Payments from Customers, post the successful commissioning of the Project.

8.Should be Savvy in Social Networking in order to be able to Organize and Represent the Organization in targeted Networking Events, Fairs & Exhibitions.

9.Should possess the Ability to be Innovative and to 'think on his feet' in order to offer solutions to the Customers that would be mutually rewarding.

10.Should be Ready to Travel either on Planned Tours OR impromptu exigencies and/or to Attend to Customer calls.
