Job Description:Designation: Engineer/Sr Engineer/Asst ManagerDepartment: Industry DivisionLocation - Lucknow/KanpurProducts - Laser Cutting Machines/Laser Welding Machines/SPMsExperience: 01 to 3 Years Exp.Education Qualification - Graduation - Engineering Preferable + MBA

Key Responsibilities:Create territory sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectivesBuild contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunitiesKeep prospective client database updatedMake cold calls for new business leadsMaintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the companyArrange meetings for senior management with prospective clientsFollow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibilityAnalyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growthAddress potential problems and suggest prompt solutionsSuggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
