Company: Nexzem Technologies Location: Dehradun (Onsite Only) Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month Experience : Fresher to 2 years (or strong hands-on project experience) Nexzem Technologies is hiring a React Native Developer with solid experience in building production-grade mobile applications. The ideal candidate must have strong command over React Native fundamentals, custom backend integration, high-performance UI, and end-to-end deployment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native Implement real-time features such as live GPS tracking, order updates, and chat/messaging Integrate custom backend APIs and handle complex API flows (jobs, authentication, data sync, status updates) Build and optimize reusable components, screens, loaders, gestures, and animations Ensure pixel-perfect UI/UX across multiple screen sizes Work with custom native modules, third-party libraries, and advanced permission handling Optimize app performance, loading speed, memory usage, and battery consumption Manage deployment on Play Store and App Store, including signing, packaging, certificates, and update versions Write structured, scalable, and well-documented code Work collaboratively with backend team and QA to deliver stable product releases Test and debug applications to ensure smooth delivery Required Skills Strong command over Java Script, Type Script, and React Native architecture Experience integrating REST APIs with proper error handling, caching, and secure communication Experience with Maps APIs (Google Maps, Mapbox) and live location tracking Proficiency in state management (Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Mob X) Strong skills in UI/UX implementation, animations (Reanimated, Lottie, Gesture Handler), responsive layouts, and custom components Ability to work with multiple libraries, native modules, and platform-specific packages React Navigation (stack, tabs, deep linking, navigation events) Strong debugging using Flipper, Hermes, Chrome Debugger, or similar tools Git/Git Hub knowledge and proper branching workflow Experience in Play Store and App Store submissions, certificates, provisioning, and build pipelines Nice to Have Experience with background services and continuous location tracking Experience with offline-first apps (SQLite, Realm, Watermelon DB, or caching strategies) Knowledge of crash-reporting and monitoring tools (Sentry, Crashlytics, App Center) Performance profiling and memory leak debugging What We Offer Competitive fixed salary with clear growth path Work on live, production-level apps used by real customers Fast-paced product environment with strong learning opportunities Exposure to full-stack development, API workflows, and advanced deployment processes If you are passionate about building reliable, scalable mobile applications and want to work on complex, real-world problems, Nexzem Technologies would like to meet you.
