The ideal candidate must have strong command over React Native fundamentals, custom backend integration, high-performance UI, and end-to-end deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React NativeImplement real-time features such as live GPS tracking, order updates, and chat/messagingIntegrate custom backend APIs and handle complex API flows (jobs, authentication, data sync, status updates)Build and optimize reusable components, screens, loaders, gestures, and animationsEnsure pixel-perfect UI/UX across multiple screen sizesWork with custom native modules, third-party libraries, and advanced permission handlingOptimize app performance, loading speed, memory usage, and battery consumptionManage deployment on Play Store and App Store, including signing, packaging, certificates, and update versionsWrite structured, scalable, and well-documented codeWork collaboratively with backend team and QA to deliver stable product releasesTest and debug applications to ensure smooth deliveryRequired SkillsStrong command over JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native architectureExperience integrating REST APIs with proper error handling, caching, and secure communicationExperience with Maps APIs (Google Maps, Mapbox) and live location trackingProficiency in state management (Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or MobX)Strong skills in UI/UX implementation, animations (Reanimated, Lottie, Gesture Handler), responsive layouts, and custom componentsAbility to work with multiple libraries, native modules, and platform-specific packagesReact Navigation (stack, tabs, deep linking, navigation events)Strong debugging using Flipper, Hermes, Chrome Debugger, or similar toolsGit/GitHub knowledge and proper branching workflowExperience in Play Store and App Store submissions, certificates, provisioning, and build pipelinesNice to HaveExperience with background services and continuous location trackingExperience with offline-first apps (SQLite, Realm, WatermelonDB, or caching strategies)Knowledge of crash-reporting and monitoring tools (Sentry, Crashlytics, App Center)Performance profiling and memory leak debuggingWhat We OfferCompetitive fixed salary with clear growth pathWork on live, production-level apps used by real customersFast-paced product environment with strong learning opportunitiesExposure to full-stack development, API workflows, and advanced deployment processesIf you are passionate about building reliable, scalable mobile applications and want to work on complex, real-world problems, Nexzem Technologies would like to meet you.
