Sales Manager-electrical power industry

Job Summary: As a Sales Manager your primary role is to drive sales growth by identifying opportunities nurturing client relationships and achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers and generate leads for business Develop compelling sales pitches and conduct product demonstrations. Build and maintain client relationships while providing exceptional service. Set and achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. minimum travel of 2025 days per month. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports. Ensure collections from Customers within the agreed Time period Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred. Sales Experience with min. 3 years Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Selfmotivated and goaloriented. Familiarity with Excel and Power point is a plus. Compensation: 25 K plus Incentive Kindly Note: Target customer Cement steel metal automobile. Oil & gas power generation transmission distribution(Heavy engineering) Dealing With Electrical department Utilities Department Maintains mechanica compensation,powerpoint,heavy engineering,market analysis,excel,industry knowledge,communication,business development,negotiation,sales,sales strategy,goal-oriented,record keeping,client relationship management
