If you combine this real-time data with our 40-year-old archives, elite journalists, camera operators, copywriters, the latest in AI wizardry, and a host of 'behind the scenes' support staff, you've got all the ingredients to make it a magical experience Responsibilities: Managing the monthly end to end payroll process globally. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, including maintaining employee payroll records , processing pay adjustments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations. Ensure that HMRC submissions are submitted on time and are reconciled to payroll and HMRC records Leading and managing a team of payroll specialists, including providing direction and support, setting goals Process VAT payments for contractors and ensure CIS statements are completed Complete payroll year end Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy. Required Qualifications: Must have experience in payroll management, and have managed a team previously Experience of processing subcontractor payments would be highly advantageous Comprehensive knowledge of international payroll laws, regulations, and procedures. Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation. Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with a track record of implementing and managing payroll systems. Advantageous if you have knowledge about Oracle and ions are submitted on time and are reconciled to payroll and HMRC records Leading and managing a team of payroll specialists, including providing direction and support, setting goals Process VAT payments for contractors and ensure CIS statements are completed Complete payroll year end Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
