Responsibilities1. Client Relationship Management- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and foster strong, long-term relationships.- Proactively communicate with clients to understand their marketing goals, objectives, and challenges.- Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.- Identify opportunities for upselling agency services, partnerships & technologies

3. Design and Content Knowledge- Familiarity with design principles and an eye for creative visuals.- Understanding of content marketing strategies and best practices.

4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.- Effective interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
