We protect sensitive data across cloud, SaaS, endpoints, on-prem, and even GenAI tools.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Marketing Operations Intern who thrives on structure, data, and execution. You’ll support the Marketing team in building scalable processes, keeping campaigns on track, and ensuring our stack and vendors work seamlessly. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the backbone of B2B marketing at a CyberSecurity Startup.Key Responsibilities:1. Campaign Operations- Assist in execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events).- Maintain campaign calendars, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.- Coordinate with BDRs and Sales to ensure marketing to sales handoff is clean.2. Data & Reporting- Manage and clean CRM/marketing data (Salesforce, Apollo).- Track campaign performance (open/click rates, leads, SQL conversion).- Create weekly dashboards for the marketing leadership.3. Vendor & Budget Management- Liaise with creative, PR, and event vendors to ensure briefs are clear and timelines are met.- Track invoices, contracts, and deliverables.- Maintain a simple marketing budget tracker (planned vs actual).4. Tools & Processes- Learn and manage marketing stack (Salesforce, Apollo.io, Dripify, LinkedIn Ads).- Document workflows, campaign SOPs, and playbooks.- Research and propose improvements to processes or tools.What We’re Looking For- Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or related fields.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).- Interest in B2B SaaS/cybersecurity marketing.- Strong communication skills (written + verbal).- Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.What You’ll Gain- First-hand exposure to how a fast-scaling cybersecurity startup runs marketing.- Mentorship from Head of Marketing and senior team members.- Opportunity to work across campaigns, content, events, and vendors.- Potential to convert to a full-time Marketing Operations role post-internship.Perks- Competitive stipend.- Hybrid work setup.- Access to premium marketing tools.- Opportunity to attend select industry events.
