Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Iris Global Services. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, managing a team of employees, implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with business partners and driving market development.
Qualifications
Experience in managing branch operations and leading a team
Strong knowledge of IT hardware distribution and technology solutions
Proven track record of driving sales and profitability
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in the IT industry is a plus
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
