Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced PCB Design Engineer to join our hardware engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, layout, and verification of high-quality printed circuit boards used in our products. You will work closely with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and manufacturing teams to deliver reliable and manufacturable PCB designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop PCB layouts for analog, digital, RF, and mixed-signal circuits using KiCAD
  • Collaborate with electrical engineers to interpret schematics and translate them into physical board layouts.
  • Perform component placement, routing, and optimization of multilayer PCBs for performance, manufacturability, and signal integrity.
  • Generate and review manufacturing documentation including Gerber files, assembly drawings, and BOMs.
  • Conduct design rule checks (DRC), electrical rule checks (ERC).
  • Coordinate with contract manufacturers and suppliers for prototyping and production support.
  • Participate in PCB bring-up, validation, and debugging.
  • Maintain design libraries, documentation, and revision control.

Contribute to continuous improvement of PCB design processes and best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Experience :

2–5 years of experience in PCB design and layout.

Skills :

  • Proficiency with PCB CAD tools like KiCAD.
  • Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to read and understand electronic schematics and datasheets.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good knowledge on MS Excel and word.
