Strong Power Electronics board design experience with good experience of SMPS, PWM, Converter, Inverters

MANDATORY SKILLS

Good Experience design and development of BMS(Battery

Management System).

Experience and good knowledge for selection of MOSFET,IGBT,

driver and PWM controller.

Awareness about EMI/EMC testing standards.

Knowledge of Analog and Digital circuit design for sensing

circuits.

Required experience of 3 years working on new product

development project in the Power electronics field.

Understanding of power electronics converter such as buck,

boost and inverter design and analysis.

Good knowledge in EMI/EMC and other standards.

Good knowledge in designing of Inductor.

Good knowledge in PCB layout design and review process

Technical SKILLS:

Knowledge of MOSFET, IGBT, Diode, and Gate drivers.

Hands on experience/ knowledge in EMI/EMC testing

standards.

Solid understanding of SMD capacitors (Electrolytic, film, and

Ceramic) and SMD resistors used in power electronics projects

Good understanding of thermal calculation, Mosfet power loss,

Derating calculation, etc.

Good Knowledge of selecting suitable PWM controllers and

drivers for SMPS topology.

Good knowledge of schematic and PCB design

Good knowledge to handle CRO, multimeter autotransformer,

and other test instruments.

Knowledge of measurement instruments like digital

multimeters, oscilloscopes, functional generators, spectrum

analyzers

Understand well about micro controllers and analog PWM

controllers

Practical experience in working with ISOLATED and Non[1]

isolated topology.

Experience using OrCAD and Altium, Ms-office is a must

Roles and responsibilities

Must play a key role in development of isolated DC-DC

Converter for Electric Vehicle applications.

Design the circuit as per customer requirements (selecting

controller , driver, power supply, topology etc).

Schematic and PCB Layout design and review.

Maintain daily activities doc and other technical doc.

Guide the juniors to finish their task.
