Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of energy solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to understand the architecture needs.

To be effective in this position, the candidate must take the ownership of the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.

As a solution architect you must have strong S/4HANA Capabilities especially in the Logistics, Master Data and few technical areas such as Fiori, BTP etc.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Qualify: Ability to qualify an opportunity based on strengths, project complexity etc.
  • Shape: Understands RFP business requirements and shapes the response format that brings value to the requirement.
  • Solution: Ability to define the solution, the resource plan and implementation approach. Drive the solution with multiple stakeholders.
  • Close: Good storytelling capability to pitch a differentiated value proposition and bring the deal to a close.
  • Drive internal processes: execution of internal processes in relation to the full sales to delivery cycle, including leading up to contracting.
  • The individual should have demonstrated a Winning Together mindset being able to
  1. Collaborate across ecosystems to drive differentiate value
  2. Work with agility being flexible with change
  3. Innovate to push the boundaries on solutions that bring value at speed
  • The individual should have a proven track record in SAP Practice Building and Leading and be able to:
  1. Strategize, plan and build capability to stay ahead of market demand
  2. Manage and achieve key metrics associated with sales, delivery, people and capability building
  3. Keep updated with the latest market trends, innovation and offerings
  4. Create and share of PoVs, SAP S/4HANA Solutions & offerings & comparisons related to Analytics, Intelligence, Extensibility and Integration technologies, solutions and innovation.


Additional Requirements:


  • Graduate Engineer / MBA/ MCA
  • Should have minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP.
  • Minimum 5 End to End SAP implementation and 3 AMS engagements.
  • Experience in S/4HANA implementation (Greenfield or Brownfield) is a must.
  • Should have a strong logistics background (Any: MM, SD, TM, EWM etc) and understands the linkages & dependencies with another module.
  • Knowledge the latest areas in S/4HANA such as BTP, AI/ML.
  • Familiarity of SAP S/4 HANA and the SAP ecosystem technologies / components.
  • Familiarity of other technologies in the Analytics, Intelligence, Extensibility and Integration ecosystem such as offerings from the hyperscalers (Microsoft, Azure, Amazon and Google).
  • Experience in Enterprise and / or solution architecture with SAP and integration to non-SAP components.
  • Experience in response to RFPs, providing solutions, Estimations, PPT for response.
  • Has been a part of winning proposal and carried out solution defense.
  • Hands-on working on solution and knows the SAP S/4HANA system.
  • Certified SAP S/4HANA consultant.
  • Understands winning strategies, themes and works on those lines.
