Responsibilities

·Collaborate with clients or stakeholders to understand their design needs and objectives.·Manage and prioritize multiple design projects and deadlines.·Stay updated on industry trends, new design techniques, and software tools.·Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines.·Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers or design teams.·Conduct quality checks on design deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and brand standards.·Maintain a strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all design work.·Stay organized and maintain proper documentation of design files and assets.·Collaborate with other departments or teams to ensure consistent branding and design across all channels and platforms.·Continuously seek feedback and input from clients or stakeholders to improve design processes and outcomes.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

·Relevant experience in video and digital content development, with strong capabilities in graphic design and video post-production work.·In-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and the latest layout techniques.·Experience in working on and managing creative briefs, performing reviews and edits.·Familiarity with animation, video production, product photography, color correction.·Ability to work with cross-functional teams.·Must be proactive, collaborative, and seek excellence in the execution of tasks.·Strong project-management skills, organizational skills, and time-management skills·Strong attention to detail is required.
