Growth Trainee

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical
Growth Trainee
to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience in campaign design, marketing strategies, and hands-on execution of growth initiatives. If you are eager to learn, experiment, and deliver results, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

  • Assist in building and executing
    campaign strategies
    to drive growth across digital channels.
  • Manage end-to-end
    campaign execution
    including research, planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Conduct
    market research, competitor mapping, and trend analysis
    to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support teams in
    lead generation initiatives, outreach programs, and engagement campaigns
    .
  • Work with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, and digital marketing) to drive
    business growth campaigns
    .
  • Experiment with
    new growth strategies, tools, and platforms
    to optimize ROI.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for evaluating campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or final year student) in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in
    digital marketing, market research, and business growth strategies
    .
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Specifically looking for candidates from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges
  • Excellent communication and research skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools will be an advantage.
