Ltd. specializes in the design and manufacturing of advanced, technology-driven industrial valves and dampers for critical applications in the Iron & Steel, Oil & Gas and other industries like Cement, Power etc. Our commitment to engineering excellence and innovation positions us at the forefront of industrial solutions, delivering precision, reliability, and performance to industries worldwide.About the RoleKey Responsibilities:Generate and follow-up leads for valves and dampers in target industries.Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.Conduct site visits, product demos, and customer meetings.Coordinate with design and execution teams for custom-engineered solutions.Maintain customer database and project tracker.ResponsibilitiesTechnical ExpertiseCustomer InteractionQuotations & ProposalsLiaison with Manufacturing & DesignBusiness DevelopmentAfter-Sales SupportSales Targets & ReportingLocation: Bhubaneshwar / Satara / Pune / Chennai / Delhi (Flexible as per business needs)QualificationsDiploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.3–7 years in technical B2B sales of capital equipment/valves preferred.Required SkillsStrong technical knowledge (Mechanical/Instrumentation background).Good communication and presentation skills.Negotiation & commercial awareness.Team coordination and customer handling.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with SAP/CRM systems and tender portals.
