Location: Gurgaon | Full-timeExperience: 3–6 Years- About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and dynamic Assistant Manager – Commercial Leasing (Transactions) to join our Gurgaon team. The role involves managing the end-to-end leasing cycle — from client acquisition and site identification to deal structuring and closure.You’ll work closely with occupiers, landlords, and developers to execute high-value transactions across Grade A office, retail, and coworking assets in Delhi NCR.- Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client EngagementIdentify and develop new business opportunities with occupiers, co-working operators, and developers.Generate and manage a pipeline of active leasing mandates.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.- Transaction ManagementManage the full leasing lifecycle — from enquiry to negotiation and closure.Prepare property options, comparative analyses, and commercial proposals.Coordinate property inspections and liaise with landlords, developers, and property managers.Assist in transaction documentation, term sheets, and deal structuring.- Market Intelligence & ReportingTrack current market trends, rental benchmarks, and new supply in key micromarkets.Maintain an updated property database and transaction pipeline.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.- What We’re Looking ForGraduate / Postgraduate in Real Estate, Business, or related field.3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing or brokerage.Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR office and retail markets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable in a client-facing environment.Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.- What We OfferExposure to Grade A office and retail transactions across prime micromarkets.Direct access to developers, institutional landlords, and corporate clients.Collaborative, growth-oriented work environment.Competitive fixed pay + performance-linked incentives.
