Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound Inquiries: Answer incoming calls, provide information, and resolve customer queries.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Engage with prospective leads and convert them into customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with team members to strategize and improve call processes.
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and persuasive manner

Report Generation: Assist in preparing daily and periodic reports on call activities.

Should have good communication skills in following languages :-

  • Hindi
  • English
  • Tamil

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹20,000.00 per month
