Key responsibilities include developing course content, facilitating engaging workshops, providing one-on-one coaching, and evaluating the success of training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Program Development:Design, develop, and update training modules and materials on various digital marketing concepts.
  • Training Delivery:Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences, covering topics such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and data analytics.
  • Participant Assessment:Assess the learning needs of participants and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.
  • Industry Expertise:Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the digital marketing landscape to ensure training content is relevant and comprehensive.
  • Coaching and Support:Provide personalized coaching and support to individuals who require additional assistance with digital marketing skills.
  • Collaboration:Work with marketing and other teams to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and business objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:-

  • Hands-on experience in key digital marketing areas, including strategy, SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, paid advertising (PPC), email marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering effective training sessions.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to participants.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills to develop and manage training programs.
