Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include cold calling potential clients, following up on leads, providing product information, and closing sales. The specialist will also work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Previous experience in digital marketing or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
