Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager- Site EHS Lead
In this role we are looking for high caliber and passionate individual to support the EHS activities as a city/region EHS Lead. She/he will be responsible for integrating EHS standards and practices across the business units in the city/region, rolling out new EHS initiatives, ensuring timeliness of plans and implementation of internal EHS goals and milestones. She/ he would also be responsible for working towards improving Genpact’s EHS performance.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and conduct Internal audits, ensuring thorough examination of EHS processes and practices.
• Analyze audit findings and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure compliance.
• Develop and update EHS procedures and protocols, as necessary. 
• Provide guidance and support to departments to address compliance issues and mitigate EHS related risks.
• Develop and oversee EHS training programs for employees/contractors at all levels.
• Conduct regular reviews of training materials and content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Track employee participation in training activities and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collect and analyze EHS data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate key findings to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for addressing identified issues.
• Conduct routine inspections and observations to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
• Work with site teams to develop action plans to address identified deficiencies.
• Collaborate for any external audits as per business requirement. 
• Assets and FMRE documentation work.
• Preparing HIRA, AIA, Objective & Targets on defined frequencies.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
• Coordinate and conduct emergency preparedness drills and exercises.
• Conduct audits of vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with EHS standards.
• Review vendor contracts and service agreements to identify EHS requirements and expectations.
• Develop and manage the EHS budget, including forecasting, allocation, and tracking of expenses.
• Coordinate external audits and inspections by regulatory agencies, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Utilize EHS management software and technology tools to streamline processes and improve data management.
• Lead EHS-related projects, from planning and execution to evaluation and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHS management software.
