Integrated Facilities Management
Guide operations teams and clients on any changed EHS legislative requirements to enable them to plan for continued legal compliance. Develop and implement process for tracking EHS regulatory compliances across managed locations. Coordinate with Account Manager, Corporate EHS manager, ensure implementation of programs and report on the progress on a monthly basis. Gather environmental data, conduct environmental inspections, maintain permit compliance, and report to all regulating agencies. Implementation of ENHESA Compliance tool. Coordinated for successful implementation of E – Permit to Work system. Ensure company’s Sustainability policies are implemented. Ensure the upkeep & charging of wet risers, sprinklers, Fire Pump room operations. Ensure that Fire Fighting systems (Fire extinguishers & Fire Hydrant points) are serviced quarterly as per the requirements. Ensure the hazardous waste is handled & stored as per client’s requirement & related hazardous waste data is maintained at site. Ensure calibration & stamping of all EHS equipment’s & maintain record of the same Supervise the Operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant and maintaining related documents of Pollution Control Board. Handling Ergonomic Health issues at the site. Ensure the approval for all the chemicals used or to be used at site through CAM. Ensure that the risk assessment plans are in place & maintained at site. Conduct monthly EHS audits at site & ensure the follow-ups & completion of ARs. Maintain the emergency response escalation matrix & ensure that employees are trained in the same. Ensure Zero environmental incidents (i.e. Intel EBI/regulatory violation) & environmental violations relating to Facilities Services. Ensure Zero violations of applicable laws, rules and regulations relating to Facilities Services. Ensure Zero Service Provider EHS compliance incidents relating to facilities or services. Ensure Service Provider personnel possess all necessary qualifications, certifications and experience appropriate to work they perform for Customer. Ensure Zero EHS, legal or compliance incidents arising from systems or equipment failures or within asset management scope to meet Customer or local regulatory specified guidelines. To investigate any accidents, incidents & near misses and report the same to the concerned persons for corrective action and to prevent recurrence of such cases. Initiated procedures and documentation for certification of ISO 14001 &OHSAS 18001 . Developing strategies to mitigate frequently occurring accidents. Establishing objectives of EHS Management Programs . Highly innovative – bringing in new process /systems, as part of preventive action. Conducted training programs on usage of Fire extinguishers, Height work, Hot work, First – aid, Power tools, Scaffold erection/dismantling & usage of PPE . Compiling of MIS reports of all projects and circulate to the senior management. Daily inspection of the work site with team members to evaluate hazards & initiate contingency measures to mitigate/minimize the occupational health hazard conditions. Evaluated (HIRA) Hazard Identification & Risk assessment, Aspect & Impact Assessment. Implemented various safe working practices with the aid of Engineering controls & proper usage of Personnel Protective Equipments (PPE’s) , thereby minimizing occupational hazards. Preparing & updating EHS Layout pointing to locations of Signage boards, Fire extinguishers, First Aid box, Emergency Exits and like.Location:
