This role will responsible for formulating the store strategy in alignment with the overall business strategy to effectively manage the sales, operations, marketing & administration of a store and to meet or exceed the business targets of sales, profitability, ROI etc.

Sales planning: Business plan formulationProvide inputs to the ABM to consolidate potential sales at the stores and develop annual business targets, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset in forecasting and strategic planning.Develop and seek approval for manpower norms for the store in collaboration with the ABM, emphasizing relationship building and collaboration in resource allocation and planningConducting business performance reviewsMonitor the financial performance of the store against targets and take necessary actions to ensure compliance, prioritizing exceptional customer service and adherence to brand representation.Develop and implement reporting and review mechanisms to track operational performance and ensure course correction, emphasizing data-driven decision-making and accountability.Retail Operations: Store ManagementDrive sales plans, monitor and analyze sales data in coordination with sales staff to meet store targets, focusing on exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives.Ensure adequate staffing levels in the store and effective delegation of duties and responsibilities, fostering a culture of diversity and talent management.Monitor stock indents based on options shown by the symphony systems and ensure optimization, demonstrating proficiency in inventory management and entrepreneurial mindset.Ensure staff adherence to the Code of Conduct and corporate guidelines, emphasizing cultural sensitivity and brand representation.Review financial records and ensure consistency with guidelines, emphasizing compliance and attention to detail.Coordinate with customer experience manager to conduct customer engagement activities, demonstrating relationship building and brand representation.Manage store operations in coordination with relevant stakeholders, emphasizing collaboration and communication for operational efficiency.Maintain stock levels and replenishment based on sales and customer preferences, showcasing attention to detail and brand representation.Assess stock aging and product mix based on market preferences, coordinating with merchandising team for optimization, and demonstrating an understanding of customer needs and brand representation.Support marketing plan formulation and BTL activities, emphasizing collaboration and alignment with brand representation.Develop annual marketing plans and BTL activities with the ABM, focusing on brand representation and achieving business objectives.Ensure payout of incentive schemes to store staff based on individual performance, demonstrating fairness and transparency in incentive management.Manage customer queries and complaints as per company guidelines, identifying and engaging with high-profile customers to extend better services, emphasizing exceptional customer service and relationship building.Conduct training needs analysis and nominate staff for retraining when required, focusing on skill development and continuous improvement.Conduct interviews for the selection of store staff, emphasizing diversity and alignment with company values

Skills Required:Bachelor's in Aviation / Hospitality schools is preferred8- 10 years’ experience in Luxury segment & Preferred 4-5 years in a position of similar responsibilityCustomer ServiceBuilding RepresentationProficient Communication & Story TellingPersonal Style Sense
