Job Summary: The Marketing Executive will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end 
planning and execution of marketing campaigns and intervention. They will also lead couple 
project with full ownership and accountability, which will involve internal and external 
stakeholders management, strategizing, planning, execution and analytics. 
 
∙Ideate, plan and execute brand campaigns across channels – Retail, D2C, B2B and 
Marketplaces 
∙Create engaging and appealing content for various marketing channels 
∙Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure consistent brand messaging 
∙Creative Agency Management – Day to day discussions, follow-ups with our creative 
agency on deliverables. 
∙Lead and own the project of “Sourcing” at William Penn – where we need to promote 
our products catalogue to different stylists, celebrity manager, and artists management 
agencies 
∙Develop and grow marketing IPs to build brand awareness and stay Top of Mind 
∙New initiatives taken to engage customers and strengthen brand loyalty 
∙Deep-dive into analytics covering New vs Repeat, LFL, top consumer profiling, 
purchase matrix, etc. 
 
Requirements Skills we are looking for 
∙Past exposure in the field of brand marketing is preferred. 
∙High bias for action, with the judgement and drive to get things done and operate 
in a fast-changing environment. 
∙Operational discipline to manage multiple moving parts and multiple stakeholders 
∙Learning mindset to keep absorbing and questioning the “why” behind decisions 
and processes. 
∙Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modelling, and data visualization
