Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and persuasive Sales Executive to promote our premium Forex signal services to international clients. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for financial markets. This role involves identifying prospective traders, converting leads into paying clients, and maintaining long-term customer relationships while adhering to ethical sales practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting through cold calling

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the international forex trading community via cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Engage with traders on social media, forums, and trading communities without violating platform rules.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with all sales activities.

Client Engagement & Conversion

  • Present Forex signal services effectively, explaining accuracy rates, risk management approach, and value proposition.
  • Conduct product demonstrations via Zoom, WhatsApp, or email campaigns.
  • Negotiate and close sales, achieving assigned revenue and conversion targets.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat subscriptions.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (e.g., VIP signal plans, training, or portfolio management services).
  • Handle client concerns promptly to reduce churn rate.

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on global forex market trends, major currency pairs, gold, indices, and cryptocurrencies.
  • Monitor competitor offerings to position our services effectively.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to improve service quality.

Compliance & Ethics

Follow all local and international guidelines for marketing financial products.
