Operation ExecutivesDuties & Responsibilities• Client Management:Gather travel details from clients, understand their needs, and design customized itineraries based on budget and preferences.• Booking and Coordination:Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel components through various booking platforms, negotiating rates with vendors where possible.• Itinerary Development:Create detailed itineraries with travel dates, accommodation information, transportation schedules, and planned activities.• Vendor Management:Maintain relationships with travel suppliers like airlines, hotels, and tour operators to ensure smooth service delivery.• Budget Monitoring:Track travel expenses, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.• Issue Resolution:Address any travel disruptions, emergencies, or client concerns promptly and effectively.• Compliance:Ensure adherence to company travel policies, visa requirements, and local regulations.• Reporting:Generate travel reports summarizing expenses, trip details, and key metrics.Required Skills and Qualifications:• Freshers too can apply• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Good negotiation Skills*MBA in Travel Tourism is preferred.*
