Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Hot Kitchen Chefs to join our team. The role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in line with our café's standards, ensuring consistency, taste, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily kitchen operations including preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Support senior chefs in menu execution and new recipe trials.
  • Monitor food stock and assist in inventory management.
  • Ensure smooth operations during peak hours with teamwork and efficiency.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Culinary degree/diploma or relevant kitchen experience.
  • Strong passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of hot kitchen techniques and cuisines (grilling, sautéing, frying, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹30,000.00 per month
