Number of positions currently vacant:  02 Key job responsibilities: Understand and document departmental workflows and operational processes. Collect, interpret, and analyze data using statistical and analytical techniques. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and team leads. Design and deliver new reports and dashboards as per management requirements. Audit existing workflows and processes and suggest data-backed improvements. Monitor progress of client requests and ensure timely closure with accurate time entries and system updates. Coordinate regularly with team members and senior management to provide work status updates. Manage executive administrative tasks including data collection, sorting, filing, follow-ups, and reporting. Prepare and share month-end analytical and performance reports. Ensure timely, accurate, and error-free delivery of all assigned reports and respond promptly to queries. Support report automation initiatives and dashboard creation using Excel and related tools. Capture team suggestions and operational feedback and report insights to top management. Required Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards). Strong data interpretation, reporting, and visualization skills. Excellent email and written communication skills. Good understanding of database management concepts.
